As we near the end of another year, it is natural for people to feel a bit apprehensive.
Some have had a great 2021 and are unsure if they can equal or top what they have accomplished. Others have had a year they would rather forget and wonder if they are in for more of the same in the coming year. Individuals, families, companies – all have the potential to feel unsure about what is ahead.
Catalyst Sale in 2022
At Catalyst Sale, we have decided that in the New Year, we are going to cut through the BS and noise, meet people where they are and help in whatever capacity we are able.
Whether this means through Catalyst Sale and our focus on Sales, Success, and Revenue Operations within organizations. Or, through our new subsidiary – Find My Catalyst where we focus on Problem Solving, Decision Making, Thinking, Goal Setting and Execution through Clarity and Focus at an individual level.
Find My Catalyst
Find My Catalyst exists to help individuals, teams, coaches, athletes, and families find the light and the spark that makes them, them. And, once that spark is found, provide them with the tools necessary to make an impact and a difference in their lives, their family’s, their community, and beyond.
Additionally, we have a soft spot in our hearts for student athletes (having two ourselves) and so a section of Find My Catalyst will be focused on reaching athletes, teams and coaches.
The Podcast
For those of you that have been following us for awhile, you may have noticed that we recently changed the name of our podcast to Find My Catalyst. We believe this offers us the opportunity to reach more people and to bring you more diverse content. For you sales folks, don’t worry, sales content will still be included.
We are looking forward to 2022 and a year full of Catalysts who aren’t afraid to find and share their light, their shine and their spark with others.
