A focused 90-minute session with your functional or cross-functional team. Solve a problem. Design an experience. Or align on strategy and tactics. Results guaranteed.

About Me

Clarity, on the next logical step.

I help business leaders and their teams find clarity, stop second-guessing the work, and name the next logical step so they can take it.

Thirty years across F100 and high-growth tech. UPS. SmartForce. O'Reilly Media. Clients like Intel, Microsoft, MIT, The Walt Disney Company, Full Sail University, and a steady roster of early-stage founders.

The work is built on frameworks, applied thinking, and #WhiteboardWednesday. Straightforward communication. Sometimes colorful.

Family man. Systems thinker. Sun Devil. Avid golfer. Jets and Islanders fan.

What Happens Next

No black holes.
No mystery process.

Whether you book the call or send the email, here's exactly what to expect.

01
You reach out.
Pick the call or the email, whichever feels right. There's no wrong door. The Clarity Call is the place to start if you aren't sure.
02
We confirm fit in 25 minutes.
On the Clarity Call, we name the problem, scope what good looks like, and decide together whether this is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll recommend alternate solutions.
03
You get a clear next step.
A scoped proposal (with understanding and objectives), a session date on the calendar, or a clean "not the right fit, here's why." No follow-up drip campaigns. No nurture sequences. Just an answer.

Common Questions

Before you reach out.

Is the Clarity Call really free?
Yes. Twenty-five minutes, no obligation. The call exists so we both know whether the work is a fit before anyone commits a dollar.
What's the difference between a Clarity Call and a Design Call?
Clarity Calls are where you start if you aren't sure. The design calls are built to solve specific outcomes. This includes Speaking, Operating Systems work, or a Guided Whiteboard Session.
What should I bring to the call?
The problem you're trying to solve and a rough sense of timeline. No deck, no prep doc. If you can share what you're struggling with, that's plenty.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. Whiteboard sessions can run remote or on-site. Speaking is travel-dependent and worth scoping early so we can plan around it.
What if I'm not sure which option fits?
Book the Clarity Call. That's literally what it's for. I'll help you sort whether you need a session, a keynote, a longer engagement, or none of the above.
How fast do you reply to email?
Within 24 hours on weekdays for direct email. LinkedIn DMs are slower, so use email if it's time-sensitive.
